摘要
文章考察了二元羧酸与壳聚糖反应产物的结构性能,通过红外光谱研究其作用机理,用凯氏定氮法和电位滴定法两种方法分析二元羧酸与壳聚糖相互作用的羧酸结合量,用DSC来研究二元羧酸与壳聚糖反应产物的热学性能,通过反应产物的液体荧光特性分析其分子结构。
The structure properties of the reaction products between dicarboxylic acid and ehitosan were investigated and its antibacterial mechanism were researched by FT-IR, its solubility and carboxylic acid binding capacity were measured with Kjeldahl method and potentiometric titration, the thermal properties were researched by the Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)and molecular structure were analyzed by fluorescence spectrometry.
