摘要
目的:分析引起手术室无菌物品过期发生原因,探讨干预措施。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月-2015年12月手术室无菌物品储存间、手术间内一次性耗材、手术器械包、手术布类包出现过期的原因,制定并采取相应的干预措施。结果:采取干预措施后,2015年各类无菌物品过期数量明显低于2014年,差异有显著统计学意义(P〈0.01)。一次性耗材成本、返消毒成本、护理人员检查无菌物品的时间明显下降,差异有显著统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:针对手术室无菌物品过期发生原因采取有针对性的干预措施,可以有效地降低无菌物品返消毒的发生率,减少消毒成本及护理人员的工作量,提高手术室的工作质量。
Objective: To analyze the causes of the out of date of the aseptic articles in the operation room and to explore the intervention measures. Methods: a retrospective analysis from January 2014 to December 2015 the operation room sterile storage room, operating room disposable supplies, surgical instruments, surgical bag cloth bag expired, the formulation and the intervention measures. Results: after the intervention, the number of all kinds of sterile articles expired in 2015 was significantly lower than that in 20 14, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Disposable consumable cost, the cost of returning to the disinfection cost, the nursing staff to check the time of the sterile goods decreased obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: the operation room sterile expired reason to take targeted intervention measures can reduce the incidence of recurrent aseptic disinfection effectively, reduce the cost of sterilization and the workload of the nursing staff, and improve the quality of operation room work.
