职业技能大赛是检验职业院校教师和学生实践动手能力的平台,教师可以通过参加技能竞赛来提高自身的实践和创新能力,并把比赛成果应用在课堂教学。文章结合当前的教学实际,分析职业技能竞赛对教师技能提升及专业课程教学改革的促进作用,并以全国职业院校技能大赛PLC控制竞赛为例,探讨如何通过比赛来提高教师技能,并改善课程教学过程中存在的问题,完善课程教学内容等,经过实践与探索,取得显著的效果。

Occupation skill contest is to test the occupation college teachers and students＇ practical ability of the platform,teachers can improve their skills by participating in the competition practice and innovation ability, and be able to put the game results of application in classroom teaching.In this paper, combined with the current teaching practice,to analyze the role of the teaching reform of Teacher Occupation Skills Contest skills and professional courses,and in the National Skills Competition occupation colleges PLC control competition as an example,discusses how to improve the teachers＇ skills,and improve the existing in curriculum problems in the teaching process,improve the teaching content,through practice and exploration and achieved remarkable results.
