摘要
目的:探讨项目教学法在护理学专业《临床营养学》教学中的效果。方法:将桂林医学院2010级护理学(国际交流方向)本科班和护理学(助产护理方向)本科班随机分为试验组和对照组,分别对试验组和对照组学生进行项目教学法和传统教学法。观察和统计两组学生临床营养学实践考核成绩以及对教学效果的满意度。结果:试验组学生平均考核成绩为80.10±8.32分,明显高于对照组学生的70.13±7.98分,P〈0.01,差异具有统计学意义。试验组学生对教学效果的满意度明显高于对照组,χ2=1.479,P〈0.05。结论:项目教学法取得了较好教学效果,有助于加强学生的综合实践能力。
: Objective: To explore the effects of project teaching method in the course of Nursing "calinical nutrition". Methods: Nursing under graduate (International communication direction) and Nursing under graduate (Midwifery care direction) of 2010grade students in our college were random divided into observation guoup and control group, the observation group with project teaching method, the control group used the traditional teaching method. Achievement practice test and the degree of satisfaction with teaching effect were observed and counted in two groups students. Results: The average test scores (80.10±8.32) of the observation group significantly higher than that of the control group(70.13±7.98),P〈 0.01.Conclusion:The application of project teaching method effect significantly, effectively improve the nusing students comprehensive obility of practical training.
