摘要
介绍了一种埋弧自动焊操作机数字控制系统的设计方案,采用两台交流电机分别进行横臂升降及回转支撑直接控制,设计直流调速系统实现横臂伸缩控制,采用AT89C2051单片机设计台车与转台控制系统。试验表明,该系统操作简单、调节方便、运行稳定、使用可靠、适应性强,与数字化埋弧焊电源匹配性好,具有很好的使用价值。
This paper introduces a design on the digital control system of the automatic submerged arc welding manipulator. Two AC motors are employed in cross-arm lifting and rotary supporting for direct control. DC speed control system is also designed forflexible eross-arm eontrol, andAT89C2051SCM, for eontrol system of handcar and rotary tables. Experiments show that as a good match with the digital submerged arc welding power supply, such operation system has the virtues of easy manipulation and adjustment, stable operation, work reliability and good adaptability.
