钎杆工作载荷谱及室内试验等效性研究

Research on the Drilling Load Spectrum and the Equivalence of Its Indoor Test

根据钎杆工作载荷谱,利用气动凿岩机作为加载装置,建立了钎杆寿命试验台。由Miner累计损伤理论进行了室内试验等效性研究,得出了在不同工作气压下,钎杆在试验台上进行试验的等效系数。

According to the drilling load spectrum of drill rod, the drill rod life test bench has been buih by using of pneumatic drill as load instrument. The equivalent research has been carried out in accordaned with Miner accumulate damage theory. The test equivalent coefficient （drill rod life/test time） in various working pressurehas been obtained.
