摘要
通过分析气动凿岩机消声器种类及优化设计思路,对S215凿岩机消声器进行结构优化设计,进而利用仿真软件对消声器3D模型进行仿真分析;加工多种消声器实物样件,各种方案消声器装配到凿岩机上进行噪声检测评估,结果显示计算机仿真模拟结果与实测结果趋势基本一致,使用原始设计的消声器主机噪声为107 d B,优化设计后主机噪声为105.4 d B,从而降低声能15%以上。
By analyzing the pneumatic rock drill muffler type and optimization design ideas for S215 drills muffler structure optimization, and then use simulation software muffler 3D model simulation analysis; processing a variety of muffler physical prototypes, various programs silencer fitted onto the drilling machine noise detection and evaluation, showed the results of computer simulation and experimental results are basically the same trend, the original design of the host muffler noise l07dB, noise optimized design host 105.4dB, thereby reducing the acoustic energy of more than 15%.
