亚温淬火后回火温度对截齿钢组织和性能的影响

摘要 研究了35Cr Mo截齿钢亚温淬火后不同回火温度对其组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,800℃亚温淬火后随回火温度的升高,材料的硬度和强度出现下降的趋势,300℃回火冲击韧性最低,回火出现回火脆性,其冲击断口为沿晶断裂形式。超过300℃回火的冲击值增加。35Cr Mo钢800℃淬火、500℃回火可获得良好强韧性,其力学性能指标为,硬度42.9 HRC,抗拉强度(R_m)1280 MPa,延伸率(A)14.3%,断面收缩率(Z)52.9%,冲击值(AKU)58.5 J,满足截齿产品对力学性能的要求。 the paper conducts researches into the influence of different tempering temperatures on the structure and performance of the pick of 35CrMo steel after suberitical quenching. The results show as the tempering temperature increase, the hardness and strength of the material tend to decrease after the subcritical quenching at 800℃. At 300℃ tempering, the material has the lowest impact toughness and tempering brittleness, and the impact fracture surface features intergranular fracture. When the tempering temperature is more than 300℃, the impact value rises. 35CrMo steel offers high toughness after 800℃ quenching and 500℃ tempering. It provides following mechanical properties: hardness, 42.9 HRC; tensile strength (Rm), 1280 MPa; elongation(A), 14.3%; section shrinkage (Z), 52.9%; impact value (AKU), 58.5 J. 35CrMo steel meets pick' s requirements on mechanical properties.
