摘要
23CrNr3Mo渗碳H22锥形钎是欧洲等发达国家广泛使用于矿山采掘、公路和铁路等隧道工程施工中进行炮孔凿岩的主要工具,由于其售价高,目前国内使用量较低,而且产品来源渠道主要是进口。本文通过对其制钎工艺的分析研究、现场凿岩试验和失效原因分析,并与国外知名企业产品进行比较分析,探索和优化其制钎工艺,稳定和提升其产品质量。
In developed countries in Europe, 23CrNr3Mo H22 tapered carburized Drilling Rods have wide application in the drilling of blasting holes in the tunneling constructions in mining, highway and railway, and so on. However, currently, duo to their high price, 23rNr3Mo Tapered H22 Drilling Rods have low application in China and are mainly imported from foreign countries. By means of researching their manufacturing process, analyzing the field rock drilling tests and the reasons for drilling rods" failures and being compared with products from renowned foreign enterprises, the paper aims to explore and refine the manufacturing process of 23CrNr3Mo H22 tapered carburized drilling rod, as well as to maintain and improve its quality.
