地方科技项目评审数量日益增多,借助最新的大数据技术开展合理高效的科技项目评审工作尤为重要。为此,文章介绍了目前国内外对科技项目评审初期的项目查重环节、评审过程中的专家选配及与项目自动匹配环节,分析了科技评审专家库日常维护与大数据技术结合的应用现状。

As the number of local science and technology project evaluation increases, it is very important to use the latest big data technology to carry out a rational and efficient science and technolgy project evaluation. Therefore, this paper introduces the status quo of the application of the big data technology in domestic and foreign duplicate checking in the initial stage of the project evaluation, the selection and distribution of the experts in the evaluation process,the automatic match of the project and the routine maintenance of the expert evaluation database.
