摘要
合理的课程体系设计和先进的教学理念方法,是经济学专业创新型人才培养的基础。文章从创新人才培养角度出发,从培养目标、课程体系设计、实施手段3个方面,结合经济学专业教育教学改革的具体实践,分析了经济学专业如何培养创新型人才。以扎实的理论和方法论基础,来认识和解释现实经济现象,可成为经济学专业创新型人才培养的突破点。
In order to improve the creativity of economics talents, the scientific teaching system and advanced teaching methods are necessary. To cultivate innovative talents, this paper, from the aspects of cultivating target, design of course system and implementing means, mainly discusses means to foster innovative economics talents. Breakthrough in cultivating innovative economics talents may be made in enabling students to understand and explain economic phenomenon in reality with the basis of theories and methodology.
