德国双元制教育体系对我国职业教育的启示

Inspiration of German dual system vocational education to the vocational education in China

德国双元制职业教育为德国企业提供了高质量的应用技术型人才。文章从德国职业教育入手,分析双元制教育体系的组成和保障,探讨其开展与推动的内在动因。借鉴德国职业教育的成功经验,结合我国职业教育的问题与现状,文章提出了分阶段开展职业导向教学改革的思路,同时探索了深度校企合作模式下的人才培养方案。

German dual system vocational education has provided the high-quality technical talents for the German companies. The paper has analyzed the composition and basic guarantees of vocational education in Germany, and has discussed the internal sources of the developments and promotions. Learning from the successful experiences of German vocational education, and combining the problems and current situations of our vocational education, the paper has put forward the ideas of developing vocation-oriented teaching reform at different stages, and has explored the talent training schemes based on the deep college-enterprise cooperation.
