Analysis on factors influencing the effect of plastic and cosmetic surgery

目的:对影响整形美容效果的原因进行分析总结。方法:对盐城卫生职业技术学院2012—2014年间80例整形美容手术患者资料进行回顾性整理,并对影响整形美容效果的原因进行分析,总结其防范措施。结果:根据对患者的满意度调查,其中有21例对总体效果不是很满意,不满意度26.2%。针对不满意的患者进行分析,其中手术期望值较高的患者10例,占47.6%;由于术前设计偏差影响到后期满意度的有3例,占14.2%;因术后发生出血等并发症状而不满意的有8例,占38%。其中对于手术效果要求较高而不满意的患者经过沟通后,基本满意;因手术设计偏差而不满意的患者,在再次手术后基本上满意;8例出现并发症的患者经过治疗后痊愈,未发生医疗纠纷。结论:影响整形美容手术的因素较多,其中包括了医院的医疗技术、与患者的沟通以及对整形美容的认知水平等,为了减少医疗纠纷的发生,在整形美容前需要跟患者做好沟通,严格把关美容材料的质量。

Objective： To analyze and summarize the factors influencing the effect of plastic and cosmetic surgery. Methods： 80 cases of patients receiving plastic and cosmetic surgeries in Yancheng Institute of Health Sciences during 2012-2014 were selected for retrospective analysis; the causes influencing the effect of plastic and cosmetic surgery effect analyzed; the preventive measures were summarized. Results： According to the satisfaction survey of patients, 21 patients were unsatisfied with the overall effect, accounting for 26.2%. Among the analysis of unsatisfied patients, 10 patients held high expectation of surgery, occupying 47.6%; 3 patients＇ satisfaction was lowered due to design deviation before the surgery, which accounted for 14.2%; 8 patients were unsatisfied because of postoperative complication such as bleeding, which accounted for 38%. After communicating, the unsatisfied patients with high expectation of surgery were basically satisfied; the unsatisfied patients due to design deviation were basically satisfied after secondary surgery; the 8 patients got complication were cured after treatment without medical dispute. Conclusions： The factors influencing plastic and cosmetic surgery are various, including hospital medical technology, communication with patients and cognition level of plastic and cosmetic surgery. In order to reduce medical disputes, it is necessary to fully communicate with patients before surgery, and control the quality of materials for plastic and cosmetic surgery strictly.
