目的:剖析当前在网络反腐中存在的诸多问题。方法:主要运用规范分析法分析网络反腐情况。结果:相关法律法规有待进一步健全,网络反腐机制有待进一步完善,网络反腐主体的整体素质与能力有待进一步提高。结论:应该通过健全相关法律法规,构建科学高效的网络反腐机制,提高民众网络反腐的素养与能力,以促进网络反腐规范发展。

Objective： the paper analyzes the existing problems in the network anti-corruption. Method： it uses the normative analysis to analyze the situation of network anti-corruption. Results： the relevant laws and regulations need to be further improved, network anti-corruption mechanism should be further improved, and the overall quality and ability of the network anti-corruption subject need to be further improved. Conclusion： it is necessary to establish a scientific and efficient network anti-corruption mechanism and enhance the attainment and ability of the public by means of perfecting relating laws and regulations to promote the normative development of network anti-corruption.
