摘要
随着世界经济一体化,制造业市场日趋饱和竞争非常激烈,客户的定制化需求使得生产模式发生了转变,由原大批量生产的模式转变为定制化生产模式。物料供应是保障企业正常运营的基础,是供应链中的核心环节,涉及计划管理、供应商管理以及库存管理。物流供应如能得到改善,不仅能帮助企业降低运营成本,对市场不断变化进行快速响应,还能提升产品的市场竞争能力。文章遵循对问题的发现、分析、改善和测量效果的逻辑方式,提出订单预测策略、延迟制造策略和基于第三方物流的VMI策略的供应链管理改善方案。通过结合MG的实际改善绩效结果,以证明物流供应改善策略能够真正帮助企业提升产品的市场竞争力。
With the integration of world economy, manufacturing market has become increasingly saturated while competition has been increasingly fierce. The demand of customization has prompted a transfer from mass production to customization in production model. The material supply is the basis of ensuring the normal operation of enterprises, and is the core of the supply chain which involves the plan management, supplier management, and inventory management. The improvement in the logistics supply can not only help enterprises to reduce operating costs, but also can promote the market competition ability of the product based on a quick response to the changing market. Following the pattern of discovering problems, analyzing, improving and measuring the effects, this paper puts forward order forecasting strategy, postponement manufacture strategy and improvement of supply chain management which is based on VMI strategy of third party logistics management to improve the solution. By combining the performance improvement of MG, this paper proves the logistics supply improvement strategy can help the enterprise to enhance the market competitiveness of products.
