摘要
高校教师承担的工作任务日益繁重,工作压力增大,带来职业倦怠和职业认同度降低等一系列问题,直接影响教师的绩效表现。文章提出利用21世纪初引进国内的员工援助计划体系,针对教师的工作压力进行缓解,以有效提高个体和学校的绩效。
The university teachers have been undertaking increasingly-heavy workload and pressure, which brings a series of problems such as job burnout and lowered degree of recognition of career, casting a direct impact on teachers' performance. This paper points out that employee assistance plan system, which was introduced into our country in the early 21st century, should be used to relieve the pressure and stress teacher are faced with in order to enhance performance of both individual and school efficiently.
