摘要
为促进心理治疗发展和规范心理治疗活动,本文从法律和伦理的角度系统阐述了心理治疗的基本概念、对从业人员的要求以及心理治疗活动的法律规范和伦理要求,明确了心理咨询、心理治疗、精神科临床医疗之间的关系。
To improve and regulate the psychological treatment, this article systematically explained the basic concepts, qualification for practitioners, legal regulations and ethical requirements in practice of psychotherapy from the perspective of law and ethic in China. This article also clarified the relationship among psychological counselling, psychotherapy and medical care of psychiatry.
