无暗室荧光渗透检测技术应用分析

摘要 本文提出一种无需搭建暗室的荧光渗透检测方法,可有效解决传统荧光渗透法检测时难以为体积、质量大的受检部件搭建暗室的问题。对铝合金淬火试块和不锈钢镀铬辐射状裂纹试块在不同白光照度下进行无暗室荧光渗透检测,对检测结果进行分析计算,得出高强度紫外线辐照度与环境白光照度之间的对应关系。结合现场试验,总结出无暗室荧光渗透检测方法的基本流程,并通过现场应用验证了无暗室荧光渗透检测技术的实用性。 A fluorescent penetrate testing method without darkroom was proposed in the paper,through which the difficulty of setting up a darkroom for large detected object was effectively solved.The corresponding relationship between ultraviolet intensity and the white light intensity was gained by the surface fluorescent penetrate testing on aluminum alloy quenching test block and stainless steel chrome plated radial crack block,and by the calculation of the test result.Combined with the field test,the author summrized the basic operation process for fluorescent penetrate testing method without darkroom.And the practicality of the fluorescent penetrate testing method without darkroomwas verified by the field application.
