摘要
由于变电站保护压板的巡检和投退主要采用人工方式,自动化水平低,尤其是一些无人值守变电站,难以及时发现保护压板投退错误,且压板操作要到变电站就地进行,造成了很多人力、物力的浪费,工作效率较低。乌海电业局在综合考虑所属变电站负荷接带情况、负荷特点、安全等因素后,在220 k V黄河变电站开展保护压板远程监控系统试点应用,完成了系统设计、安装、调试等工作,同时解决了压板状态采集刷新速度较慢、上电启动不正常等问题,增加了压板定义信息、网络地址信息的打印输出功能和压板变位信息一键确认功能,并提出远程投切遥控压板目前存在的问题,进一步完善了系统功能。
The main way to check and throw back the protection linking piece in substation was manual work,with the low level of automation.In particular the unattended station,the errors of protection linking piece were not found out in time,and to operate it must performed in-place,so it caused a lot of manpower and material resources waste,and the efficiency was low.By the comprehensive consideration of the power load,the load characteristic and safety,Wuhai Electric Power Bureau carried out the remote monitoring system pilot application of protection linking piece in Huanghe 220 kV substation,completed the system design,installation,debugging and other work,solved the problems,such as the acquisition and refresh linking piece' s data was slower and abnormal operation,increased the functions of the platen definition information,network address printed output and pressure plate displacement information,which put forward the present problems of the remote control board and provided reference for further perfect of system.
