高压输电线路铁塔扶正装置的研制与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对采空区塌陷导致输电线路铁塔倾斜问题,研制了1套由液压泵站、电控柜、汽油发电机、液压油缸、压力传感器等部件构成的新型铁塔扶正装置。使用该装置进行倾斜铁塔的扶正抢修工作时,不需要拆除铁塔即可使铁塔恢复正常工作状态,提高了工作效率,节约了抢修时间。该装置具有结构设计合理、安全可靠、安装操作简便等特点,适用于输电线路倾斜铁塔扶正和铁塔主材更换等检修维护工作。 Aiming at power transmission tower tilt problem in the learies,developed one set of new type centering device,which was made of hydraulic pump,electric control cabinet,gasoline generators,hydraulic cylinders,pressure sensors and other components.While using the device to carry out the repairing work of the inclined tower,the tower need not be removed to restore the normal state,improved the work efficiency,saved the time and cost of the repair work.The device had the characteristic of reasonable structural design,safe and reliable,convenient installation and higher operation efficiency,and it was suitable to be used in the transmission tower repair and maintenance work.
