摘要
本文以聚合硫酸铁(Polyferric Sulfate,PFS)作为混凝剂,对模拟三聚氰胺废水进行混凝处理。研究中以总有机碳(Total Organic Carbon,TOC)作为评价指标,对混凝法处理三聚氰胺废水的效果进行评价。通过单因子水平实验可知:搅拌时间、溶液p H值、混凝剂用量、助凝剂的选择及原水浓度是影响混凝处理效果的重要因素。实验获得最佳工艺参数为:混凝剂PFS用量为8 m L,p H值为8,搅拌时间为90 s,原水浓度为200 mg/L。在最佳处理条件下,TOC的去除率可达20%以上。
Polyferric Sulfate was used as a congulant in the treatment of melamine wastewater. TOC of the treated samples were tested to evaluate the optimizing process. Single -factor experiment illustrated that flocculation can be influenced by mixing time, pH, coagulant dosoge, coagulation aids and the melamine concentration of raw wastewater. The best treatment parameters are generated:[ PFS] = 8ml, pH = 8, mixing time = 90 s, [ melamine ] = 200 mg/L,and more than 20% potion of TOC can be removed.
