摘要
采用《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》附录A的床垫热释放速率试验方法对非阻燃普通床垫和阻燃床垫进行燃烧性能对比试验。普通床垫在燃烧试验中热释放速率最高达600kW,烟气温度最高达160℃,CO体积分数达0.04%,CO_2体积分数达1.5%,极易引发火灾蔓延或造成人员伤亡;而经过阻燃处理的床垫几乎无火灾危险性。在高层建筑公寓类场所中,有必要使用燃烧性能不低于B1级的阻燃床垫,以防止火灾发生和蔓延。
Experiments on the combustion characteristics of ordinary mattress and flame retardant mattress were put forward according to the heat release rate test method in Appendix A in the code of Classification for burning behavior of building materials and products.For ordinary mattress,the heat release rate was up to 600 kW,flue gas temperature was up to 160 ℃,the volume fraction of CO was up to 0.04%,and the volume fraction of CO2 was up to 1.5%,so it can lead to the spread of fire or casualties easily.The fire-retardant treated mattress almost has no fire risk.It is necessary to use flame retardant mattress whose combustion characteristics is not lower than B1 to prevent the occurrence and spread of fire in the high-rise apartment.
