摘要
以某高大空间汽车制造厂房为研究对象,针对防排烟设计中存在的问题,利用消防安全工程学的方法,结合汽车制造厂房的火灾危险性特点,采用FDS对火灾烟气流动状态进行模拟预测。综合对各个车间的火灾增长系数、最大热释放速率、机械排烟量的计算分析,设置6个火灾场景,对烟气层高度、温度、能见度等火灾动力学参数进行分析,验证调整后的防排烟设计方案的可行性并提出合理化建议。
Taking a large space automobile manufacturing plant as example, aiming at the problems of smoke prevention de- sign, with fire safety engineering method, combing with thecharacteristics of fire risk in automobile manufacturing plant, FDS was used to simulate the smoke movement in fire. Consid- erlng the fire growth coefficient, maximum heat release rate and mechanical smoke exhaust volume in different workshop, six scenarios were set to analyze the dynamics parameter like smoke layer height, temperature and visibility. The feasibility of smoke prevent design was verified and the rationalization pro- posals were put forward.
