一种新型汽车自燃抑制系统的设计

摘要 分析汽车自燃火灾的电气线路故障、温度过高、油路损坏、冷却系统故障、润滑条件差等方面原因。对汽车自燃灭火现状进行调查,比较多种灭火方式在汽车自燃时的应用,提出新型汽车自燃灭火系统。该系统以ECU控制为中心,将车速、温度、烟雾传感器及引信与ECU相连,通过传感器对外界环境的感知,结合人员疏散和自动灭火,能有效地降低汽车自燃的发生频率。 The causes of spontaneous combustion in car like elec- trical circuit fault, high temperature, oil path damage, cooling system fault and bad lubrication condition were analyzed. The fire extinguishment of spontaneous combustion in car was re- searched and the new car spontaneous combustion control sys- tem (CSCCS) was put forward based on the compare of many fire extinguishing method. Based on the ECU controlling, CSCCS concatenate the transducer of speed, temperature, smoke and igniter with the ECU. Combining the transducers with human evacuation and automatic fire extinguishment, CSCCS can reduce the frequency of car spontaneous combustion effectively.
