摘要
利用木垛法、氧指数、建材烟密度仪、热重分析仪和差热分析仪研究硼化合物在云南松中的协效阻燃和抑烟效果。结果表明,硼化合物的加入能明显减少云南松燃烧过程中的质量损失、有焰燃烧时间和烟密度等级并提高氧指数;当硼酸和硼砂的质量比为3:2时,协效阻燃和抑烟效果最佳。与未阻燃云南松相比,硼化合物的加入降低了云南松在热解过程中的质量损失和峰值质量损失速率并降低了松木在主要热解阶段的表观活化能,起到了较好的阻燃和抑烟效果。
The flame retardancy and smoke suppression properties of boron compounds in Pinus yunanensis were analyzed by wood stack method, limited oxygen index, building material smoke density, thermo-gravimetric analyzer and differential thermal analyzer. The results showed that the mass loss, duration of flaming combustion and smoke density rating of Pinus yunanensis were decreased with the loading of boric acid and borax respectively. When the mass ratio of boric acid to borax was 3:2, the synergistic effect was the best. Compared to un- treated Pinus yunanensis, the addition of boron compounds de- creased the mass loss, peak mass loss rate and activation energy of wood at the pyrolysis process, which improved the flame re- tardaney and smoke suppression.
