摘要
针对一起重大道路交通事故的起火原因认定,火灾调查人员经过认真细致的现场勘验和调查访问,借助动、静态车况模拟实验,排除了一些干扰因素,结合交通事故车辆痕迹鉴定、交通事故行驶轨迹鉴定和现场燃烧痕迹,综合分析认定了事故的起火原因,为厘清事故责任、提出处理意见提供了证据支持,为涉火的灾害事故调查协作提供了借鉴。
Aimed at fire cause identification of a major road traf- fic accident, through detailed on--site inspection and inquiry by fire investigators, some interference factors were excluded with dynamic and static simulation experiment. Combined with vehi- cle trace identification, driving route identification and on--site combustion trace, the fire cause was analyzed and identified, giving evidence support for identifying responsibility for the ac- cident and providing disposal opinions and giving reference for cooperation of fire investigation.
