京津冀协同发展背景下沧州地区化工企业大气污染源头控制策略研究——以沧州某化工厂为例

A Study on the Control Strategy of Atmospheric Pollution Source of Chemical Enterprises in Cangzhou under the Background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Coordinate Development:Taking a Chemical Plant in Cangzhou as an Example

文中论述京津冀协同发展背景下沧州大气污染现状,分析大气污染物的来源,提出控制措施,指出实施清洁生产是化工企业治理大气污染的有效途径。并以沧州某化工厂实施清洁生产的实践情况为例,论述化工企业中存在的清洁生产机会及潜力。进一步指出清洁生产可以从源头上控制大气污染的产生和排放,对防治大气污染具有重要的指导意义。

This paper discusses the present situation of atmospheric pollution of Cangzhou,analyzes the source of atmospheric pollutants,and puts forward the control measures.The implementation of cleaner production is the effective way to control the pollution of chemical enterprises.Taking the cleaner production practice of a chemical plant in Cangzhou as an example,this paper discusses the cleaner production opportunity and potential of chemical enterprises.The paper points out that the cleaner production can control the generation and emission of air pollution from the source,and it has an important guiding significance to the prevention and control of atmospheric pollution.
