The economic basis problems of credit accumula- tion and transformation in higher vocational education are the problem of structuring core competitiveness in higher vocational education, the problem of discrepancy between higher vocational＇ education production mode and the top - level design and problem of higher vocational education industry and the coordinated development of national economy.
