摘要
乡村教师作为乡村社会的知识分子,在传承乡土文化中起着举足轻重的作用。当前,乡村教师沦为乡村社会的"异乡人"、乡土文化的"陌路人",陷入了"边缘人"的角色困境。对此,文章基于人文视野,关注乡村教师的生命、态度、价值观,具体探讨乡村教师作为乡土文化的继承者、传播者、创新者的角色责任,积极探寻乡村教师从"边缘人"转至"传承者"的角色出路。
As intellectuals in rural society, rural teachers play an important role in local culture. At present, rural teachers descend to "stranger" of rural society and "strangers" of local culture, and they were caught up in the role predicament of "marginal people". The article is based on human vision, focus on rural teachers' life, attitude and values , explore rural teachers as the successor of local culture, the role of communicators and innovators, and actively explore the role way of rural teachers from "marginal people" to "legacies".
