摘要
职前教师作为未来教师重要培养对象,其专业成长已成为一大研究热点。综观当前传统视频案例教学,存在着实践与理论脱节、针对性不强、理论指导泛化等问题,迫切需要寻找一种针对性强、高效的视频案例教学模式。本文在分析了传统视频教学案例的基础上,提出一种具有颠倒学习过程、视频碎片化、任务驱动、问题导向、实践与理论同步结合、隐性知识的获取和显性化等特色的微视频案例设计方法,并试图构建基于微视频案例,旨在促进职前教师专业成长翻转课堂教学模式,为职前教师的专业成长提供指导和借鉴。
Pre-service teachers will become an integral part of future teachers, teachers' pre-service profes- sional development has become a major research focus. The current video-case teaching exists many shortages, such as practice and theory disjointed, pertinence, theoretical guidance generalization and so on. This paper proposes a method of designing micro-video-case with reversed teaching process, video fragmentation, task driven and problem oriented, theory and practice simultaneously, tacit and explicit knowledge acquisition. This paper tries to explore the flipped teaching mode based on micro-video- case hopping to provide some guid- ance and reference for the pre-teachers' professional growth.
