摘要
根据协同理论对影响高校思想政治教育的宏观系统、中观系统和微观系统中的要素进行有机的联系和整合,使之形成联动机制。依据协同效应和自组织原理,建构高校思想政治教育的教学、过程、学习、部门、环境等多元协同模式,并探索各种协同模式实施的路径,形成思想政治教育主体多元、过程完整、环节衔接、方法多样的立体系统,最大限度发挥思想政治教育的整体效力。
This paper reorganizes the factors derived from the theory of synergy which may cast impact on both the macro and micro system of ideological and political education system in colleges and universities, and integrates themselves into a linkage mechanism. Based on the principles of self-organization and synergy, the presentpaper aims to construct the mode of multiple cooperation in ideological and political education in terms of teaching, process, learning, department, environmentand so on, and to explore various paths to implementing of the mode which can maximize the overall effectiveness of the ideological and political education by establishing a complete, step-by-step, three-dimensional system with multiple subjects and various methods.
