摘要
本文结合笔者赴瑞士南方应用科技大学三周的学习,介绍了瑞士双元制职业教育特点,并重点推介了一种瑞士移动和在线学习系统(MOLS)在厨师学徒教学中的应用,并从实施混合式数字化教学模式和实现教育信息化环境下的翻转课堂教学策略两方面,阐述了瑞士移动和在线学习系统(MOLS)对我国高职教育的启示。
The authors went to the University of Applied studied there for three weeks. This article introduces the Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI) and characteristics of Swiss dual-track vocational education system and focuses on the promotion of a Swiss Mobile and Online Learning System (MOLS) used in the teaching of apprentice chefs. This article also elaborates the inspiration of Swiss Mobile and Online Learning System (MOLS) to China's Higher Vocational Education in two aspects: the implementation of hybrid digital teaching mode and realization of the flipped classroom teaching strategies under the environment of IT education.
