校企合作共建实训基地的模式创新--以跨境电商创新创业孵化中心为例

Innovation of practical teaching base construction under school-enterprise cooperation mode——a case of cross-border e-commerce innovation and entrepreneurship incubator center

校企合作是职业教育的一个永恒主题。校企合作共建实训基地的模式在不断变化,从校内外实训到跟岗实习、顶岗实习,从模拟项目到真实项目,共同的目标就是培养高技术技能人才。为了响应国家"互联网+"和"大众创业,万众创新"的号召,随着跨境电商的高速发展,跨境电商人才培养刻不容缓。通过以跨境电商创新创业孵化中心建设为例,探索校企合作共建实训基地的模式创新,从中心建设、中心运营和增值服务三个方面探讨跨境电商创新创业孵化中心的合作模式,实现校企深度融合。

School- enterprise cooperation is an eternal theme of vocational education.The practical teaching base construction under school-enterprise cooperation mode has been changing constantly from the internal and external training to post internship, from simulation to real project operation, with a shared goal of cultivation of talents with high skills. In response to the call of national ＂Internet plus＂ and ＂public entrepreneurship and innovation＂, along with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, it is a very urgent task to euhivate talents of cross-border e-commerce. By establishing a business incubation centerof cross-border e-commerce innovation, this paper explores the Innovation of practical teaching base construction under school-enterprise cooperation mode which consists of three aspects ：center building ,center operations and value-added services.
