摘要
系统性红斑狼疮是一种有多系统损害的慢性自身免疫性疾病,其中女性卵巢也是受损器官之一。卵巢在育龄期女性的月经、生殖及产孕中扮演重要角色,本文就系统性红斑狼疮患者卵巢损害的情况及影响因素进行综述,为今后在治疗系统性红斑狼疮过程中保护女性卵巢功能提供更多思路。
Systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） is a chronic autoimmune disease with multiple system damage, a-mong which the female ovary being one of the damaged organs. Ovary plays an important role in menstruation,repro-duction and pregnancy in childbearing aged women. This article reviewed the situation of ovarian damagein SLE patients and its influencing factors, so as to provide more ideas for the treatment of SLE.
