前列腺增生合并膀胱结石同期手术治疗的临床分析

Clinical analysis of simultaneous surgery for prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stone

目的分析前列腺增生合并膀胱结石经不同手术方法治疗的临床效果。方法选取2014年—2015年收治的前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者60例,随机分为2组。观察组30例患者实施普通电切镜前列腺剜除术结合气压弹道碎石术,对照组30例患者采取单纯普通电切镜前列腺剜除术,观察两组患者的手术效果。结果经不同的手术方法进行治疗后,观察组术中出血量等各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论给予前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者行普通电切镜前列腺剜除术结合气压弹道碎石术同期手术治疗,临床疗效理想,安全性较高,可提高患者术后生活质量,值得在临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different surgical procedures for prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stone. Methods Between 2014 and 2015, sixty patients with prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stone treated in our hospital were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. Patients in experiment group underwent ordinary prostate enueleation using reseetoscope combined with pressure lithotripsy, and those in control group only received ordinary prostate enucleation using resectoscope. The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results After treatment by different surgical methods, the parameters including amount of bleeding in experiment group were significantly better than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Simultaneous surgery of ordinary prostate enucleation using resectoscope and pressure lithotripsy is favorable for prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stone, which is safe and can improve the quality of life after surgery.
