摘要
分析复合隔热型防火玻璃夹层中凝胶的作用和耐火机理。选取3种相同规格的30mm厚复合型防火玻璃进行耐火试验,3个试件在灌注夹胶溶液的过程中加入不同浓度的MgCl2溶液。进行90min耐火试验,每隔5min用测温仪器测量并记录玻璃背火面温度,直至防火玻璃试件失去完整性。为研究玻璃与凝胶层偶联程度对耐热性能的影响,选取两块样品进行耐火性试验:试件一的受火面和背火面玻璃的内侧喷涂偶联剂;试件二仅背火面的玻璃内侧喷涂偶联剂,受火面一侧喷涂工业用脱模剂。结果表明:交联剂浓度加大可提高防火玻璃的耐火时间;受火面玻璃喷涂脱模剂,降低玻璃和凝胶层的黏合力,也能提高防火玻璃的耐火时间。
The fire performance and fire resistant mechanism of gelation in the interlayer of composite fire-resisting glass were studied.Three types composite fire-resisting glass with 30mmthickness and different MgCl2 solution concentrations in gelation interlayers were chosen for fire resistance tests.The fire resistance tests were conducted 90 min and unexposed surface temperature was recorded every 5min till the fire-resisting glass integrity lost.For discussing effect of coupling degree between glass and gelatin layer on heat resistance performance,two objects were selected for fire resistance tests.Coupling agent was sprayed on both sides of object one inside the glass.Coupling agent was sprayed on unexposed surface and release agent was sprayed on exposed surface of object two inside the glass.The results showed that increased coupling agent concentration could improve fire resistance time fire-resisting glass,and release agent on exposed surface could also improve fire resistance time for its ability of decreasing adhesive force between glass and gelatin.
