OSAHS因其高患病率、高并发症发生率对患者健康和生命造成严重危害,近年来已成为呼吸系统疾病临床研究的热点领域之一。研究显示,OSAHS 可诱发或加重脑卒中,并导致患者认知功能减退,同时,脑卒中亦可促发或恶化 OSAHS,本文将目前 OSAHS 与脑卒中、认知功能之间的相互关系及其具体研究作一概述。

Because of high morbidity and incidence of complications,obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom （OSAHS）damaged to the health and life of patients seriously.In recent years,it has become one of the hottest areas of clinical research in respiratory system disease.Research shows that OSAHS can induce or aggravate stroke,and the cognitive function was declined.At the same time,stroke can also promote or exacerbate OSAHS.This article gives an overview of the specific research for the relations between OSAHS,stroke,and cognitive function.
