响应面优化超声波辅助水酶法提取荸荠多糖 被引量:2

Optimization of Eleocharis Dulcis Polysaccharides Extraction with Ultrasonic Assistant Aqueous Enzymatic by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以荸荠为原料,采用超声波辅助水酶法提取荸荠多糖,探讨超声波辅助条件下提取时间、提取温度、α-淀粉酶添加量和料液比对荸荠多糖提取效果的影响;应用Box-Behnken设计四因素三水平试验,依据响应面分析确定最优的提取工艺条件。结果表明,荸荠多糖最佳提取工艺参数为提取温度56℃,提取时间47 min,料液比1∶14,α-淀粉酶添加量4.4×10~3 U,在此条件下荸荠多糖得率11.95%。 The effects of ultrasonic- assisted time and temperature,enzyme dosage and ratio of material to liquid on the extraction rate of Eleocharis dulcis polysaccharides are studied with the polysaccharides extracted by the ultrasonic wave- assisted aqueous enzymatic methed. Box- Behnken design with 4 factors and 3 levels test is applied in this experiment,while the optimal process conditions are obtained by regression analysis of response surface methodology. The results show that the optimal extraction conditions are as follows:ultrasonic temperature 56 ℃,ultrasonic time 47 min,material- water ratio 1∶14,enzyme dosage 4.4×10~3U. In this optimal process condition,the yield of eleocharis dulcis polysaccharides is 11.95%.
