气动排冲式红枣自动去核机的研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过电机带动气缸传输动力,由气缸推动冲核杆对红枣进行去核。红枣由料箱掉入夹持模具内,然后通过主要部件冲核管、退枣管和红枣旋转扶正器的运动进行去核工作,实现良好的去核效果,从而解决了红枣大小和形状的工艺,解决了红枣的定位问题。与现有单一红枣去核机相比,去核破碎少,漏冲少,一个行程可冲一排枣,大大提高了红枣的冲核效率,同时具有自动化程度高、冲核品质好、使用故障低等优点。 Through the motor drives the cylinder transmission power,driven by cylinder rushed to denucleation pole of red jujube. Red jujube fall into the clamping mould by container, through the movement of the main parts do denucleation work such as nuclear pipe,jujube and jujube rotation centralizer,to achieve good effect of denucleation,to solve the problem of the red jujube size,shape,and positioning problem. Compares with the existing single red jujube denucleation machine,little denucleation crushing,leak less impact,a trip to a row of jujube, greatly improve the efficiency of the jujube of denucleation,at the same time,it has a high degree of automation,blunt nucleus are of good quality and with low failure.
