畜禽毛发中角蛋白的分解工艺及应用现状

Recent Development of Keratin Extraction Processes and Its Applications

为促进畜禽毛发的开发利用,分析国内外有关畜禽毛发中角蛋白的利用现状。目前,常采用机械法、化学法和生物法对畜禽毛发中的角蛋白进行分解提取。生物法以其绿色环保、反应条件温和等优点,成为近年来开发提取畜禽毛发中角蛋白的新热点。通过比较3种提取角蛋白的优缺点,机械法和生物法、化学法和生物法或者3种方法相结合提取角蛋白,将是未来提取角蛋白方法的趋势。

To promote utilization of animal hair by- products, recent development of keratin extraction processes and its applications are reviewed in this paper. At present,mechanical,chemical and biological methods are used to decompose the keratin in hair of livestock and poultry. Among these methods,the biological method is environment friendly and with tender reaction conditions,and becomes a popular method of extracting the keratin in the hair of livestock and poultry in recent years.With comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of extraction methods,it can be predicted that combining mechanical method with biological method,chemical method with biological method,or combination of the three methods to extract keratin,will be the trend of the extraction process of keratin.
