摘要 将产教融合和徐州工程学院食品科学与工程专业实践教学有机结合,具体开展为期2周的校内毕业实习、为期4周的校外食品企业专业综合训练与实践,以及为期14周的毕业设计(论文),分析产教融合和徐州工程学院食品科学与工程专业实践教学的切入点、整合方式、建立效果评价体系。实践证明,食品科学与工程专业实践教学改革效果良好,提高了学生实际分析问题与解决问题的能力。 The entry point,the integration method,the establishment of evaluation system between the integration of industry and education and practice teaching reform of food science and engineering specialty is analysed in this paper. Which include school graduation practice for a period of two weeks, comprehensive training and practice in professional food enterprises outside school for a period of four weeks and graduation design and dissertation. The practical application results show that the teaching reform and practice effect is good and students' practical abilities of analyzing and solving problems are improved.
