摘要 以提升学生综合素质为出发点,改变传统实践教学方法和手段,构建新的实践教学体系。据此,结合地方本科院校特征,建立以案例、社会实践调查、科研活动、毕业论文、实习基地建设、地方特色实践教学、校企合作为主的新体系,并提出了新型实践教学体系构建的保障要求。通过实践教学体系的构建,培养具有食品开发、加工、检测、管理能力的优秀专业人才,提升学生学习能力、实践能力、协作能力、思考能力、创新能力。 In order to improve the comprehensive quality of students,a new practical teaching system are established through changing the traditional practice teaching methods and means. According to the characteristics of local colleges and universities,the new system are established,such as case,social practice investigation,research activities,and graduation thesis in combination,practice base construction,practice teaching with local characteristics,school enterprise cooperation,and security requirements are put forward for the construction of new practice teaching system. Through the construction of practice teaching system. Students are trained with food development,processing,testing,management ability of outstanding professionals,and improved learning ability,practical ability,cooperation ability,thinking ability,innovation ability.
