大应用观视域下的产教融合人才培养改革研究

Research on Reform of Integration of Production and Education in the Perspective of Grand Views of Application

产教融合是应用型高校人才培养的重要突破口。从高校人才培养改革实践出发,以大应用观为引领,根据地区经济社会发展对工程人才的需求,在应用型本科院校国家级卓越计划和省级品牌专业建设等教育教学改革方面开展研究,深化产教融合,对课程改革与整合、教学方法改革和企业学习方案制定与实施等方面进行深入探讨和实践创新,为人才培养改革提供参考,推动应用型高校培养。

The integration of production and education is an important breakthrough of application- oriented university in education reform. This article focus on the reform of national outstanding engineers education training plan and provincial brand specialty in the perspective of grand views of application, based on the practice of talent cultivation in university, and according to the demanding of engineering talent in the regional economic and social development. In the education reform,deepening the integration of production and education, we explore on curriculum reform and integration, reform of teaching methods,enterprise learning programs and its implementation. This paper provides reference for the reform of talent cultivation,especially for the cultivation of application- oriented university.
