摘要
在空隙率为28%,油石比分别为1.8%、2.1%、2.4%、2.7%、3.0%的基体沥青混合料中灌入复合水泥砂浆,形成沥青混合料基灌注式半刚性路面结构,对其进行车辙、热胀系数、高温耐久性和低温劈裂等温度稳定性试验研究。结果表明,沥青混合料基体油石比大小影响沥青混合料基灌注式半刚性路面的高、低温稳定性能,当油石比为2.5%~2.6%时,沥青混合料基灌注式半刚性路面的高、低温稳定性最佳,该结果可为沥青混合料基灌注式半刚性路面在工程上的应用提供依据。
In this paper,we studied temperature stability of asphah mixtures hase ponring semi-rigid pavement through the test of rutting, thermal expansion coefficient,high durability and low temperature splitting. In our experimcnt,asphah mixtures base pouring semi-rigid pavement structure specimen was produced by base asphalt mixture with void rate of 28% and asphah content ratio of 1.8%, 2.1%, 2.4%, 2.7%, 3.0%, injeeting into composed cement mortar. The experiment results showed high and low temperature stability of asphalt mixtures base pouring semi-rigid pavement was influenced by the ratio of asphalt content in the asphalt mixtures base. The best high and low temperature stability of asphah mixtures base pouring semi-rigid pavement was appeared when the asphalt content ratio is in the range of 2.5%-2.6%. This experimental study provides a basis for the use of asphalt mixtures base pouring semi-rigid pavement.
