摘要
选取SBS、纳米碳酸钙、膨胀石墨3种抑烟材料掺入基质沥青中,通过试验研究了不同抑烟剂对沥青混合料动态性能的影响,并对不同抑烟剂的抑烟效果进行了对比分析。试验结果表明:3种抑烟剂均能改善沥青混合料的动态性能,其中SBS的效果最佳,如5%掺量的SBS改性沥青混合料的疲劳寿命与累计耗散能比基质沥青混合料分别提高1248%、930%,膨胀石墨次之,纳米碳酸钙的效果在三者中最差;同时,3种抑烟剂均能起到抑烟效果,其中膨胀石墨表现出了显著的抑烟性能,2%掺量下的抑烟率约为61.2%,SBS次之,纳米碳酸钙的抑烟效果最差。
We select SBS, nano calcium carbonate,expanded graphite three anti tobacco materials doped into the matrix asphah,through test,the effect of different anti smoke agent on asphalt mixture dynamic performance,and of different smoke suppressor inhibitory effect of smoke were analyzed and compared. Test results show that the three kinds of smoke suppression agent can improve the dynamic performance of asphalt mixture,and SBS has the optimum effect,fatigue life and accumulative dissipated of 5% dosage of SBS modified asphalt mixture can increased 1248% and 930%,respectively compared with that of bitumen mixture,effect of expanded graphite takes the second place,and the effect of nano calcium carbonate is the worst among the three;at the same time,three kinds of smoke suppressants can play a smoke suppression effect,wherein the expanded graphite presented a significant smoke suppression performance,smoke suppression rate with less than 2% content was about 61.2%,SBS takes the second place,and the smoke suppression effect of nano calcium carbonate is the worst.
