摘要
以轻烧MgO膨胀剂为研究对象,考察不同细度和粒径尺寸对轻烧MgO水化活性和膨胀性能的影响规律。结果表明:以80μm方孔筛筛余作为轻烧MgO膨胀剂细度控制指标,筛余在10%以内时,筛余变化对轻烧MgO膨胀剂的水化活性和膨胀性能影响较小;以80μm、45μm和30μm方孔筛分级筛分时发现,轻烧MgO膨胀剂粒径尺寸在80μm以内变化时,对其膨胀性能的影响也不显著。由此表明,现有技术标准DL/T 5296—2013中对轻烧MgO膨胀剂的细度规定是合理可行的。
Taking undercalcined MgO expansive agents (UMEA) as the research object,the influence law of different fineness and particle size on reactivity of UMEA and linear expansion of UMEA was investigated. The results show that,when 80 μm square hole sieve margin as UMEA fineness control targets,less than 10%,the sieve margin impact on reactivity and expansion properties of UMEA was very little. When using 80 μm,45 μm and 30 μm square hole sieved,when UMEA particle size variation within 80 μm,impact on its expansion properties is insignificant. It is suggested that,the current technical specification DIfF 5296-2013 of UMEA fineness requirement for use in concrete is reasonable and feasible.
