摘要 通过正交试验探讨不同因素水平对再生混凝体砌块抗压强度及导热系数的影响,影响因素包括聚丙烯纤维掺量、水灰比、再生粗骨料取代率、再生细骨料取代率。基于分析结果探究再生混凝土砌体抗压强度及导热系数影响规律,综合权衡给出再生混凝土砌体最优配比。研究结果表明,再生混凝土砌体具有良好的热工性能及力学性能,在合适的配比下,再生混凝土砌块可以用作承重砌块。 Orthogonal test was conducted on recycled concrete blocks. Different factors on compressive strength and thermal performance of recycled concrete blocks were studied, including ratio of polypropylene fiber, ratio of water to cement,ratio of replacement percentage of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate. Based on experimental results,regular of compressive and thermal performance of book was established, and the mix ratio of block was optimized. The experimental results show that recycled concrete block has preferable compressive strength and thermal performance. With suitable mix ratio,recycled concrete block can be used as load-bearing block.
