摘要
从降低反应温度(20~25℃)入手,以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯等为原料,借助复合引发剂(H_2C_2O_4/K_2MnO_4)降低反应温度,通过自由基共聚反应合成保坍型聚羧酸减水剂。试验结果表明,该减水剂的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度25℃,n(HEA)∶n(AA)∶n(TPEG)=0.07∶4.0∶1.0,引发剂E用量0.17%,反应时间2 h。可为低温合成技术提供一定的理论基础。
Starting from decreasing reaction temperature (20-25 ℃),the slump retention polycarboxylic superplasticizer was synthesized through free radical copolymerization reaction by using polyoxyethylene ethers,acrylic acid and hydroxyethyl acrylate as raw materials. The reaction temperature was decreased by composite initiator (H2C2O4/K2MnO4). The results showed that the optimal conditions of the superplasticizer were as follows: reaction temperature 25℃, n (HEA):n(AA):n(TPEG)=0.07:4.0:1.0,initiator E dosage of 0.17%,reaction time 2 h. This paper can provide certain theoretical basis for low temperature synthesis technology.
