摘要
为促进工程渣土的进一步研究应用并结合绿色高强陶粒的需求现状,通过研究原料、焙烧温度、配比优化对渣土陶粒堆积密度的影响,确定渣土陶粒最佳烧制工艺,并对最佳烧制工艺条件下制备的渣土陶粒进行表观密度、筒压强度、1 h吸水率、烧失量等物理性能和微观结构研究。研究结果表明:当工程渣土掺量为80%~83%,粉煤灰掺量为17%~20%,焙烧温度1170~1180℃时,均能制备出900密度等级的渣土陶粒;制备的渣土陶粒呈浅棕色,表面光滑且有完好的釉质层,内部疏松多孔,呈蜂窝状,最大孔径在100μm左右,且有少量的连通孔。
In order to promote the further study and application of muck and combining with the demand of green high- strength ceramsite,determining the best firing technology by studying the effects of raw materials,firing temperature,the ratio of raw materials on bulk density of samples,and physical properties such as the apparent density,cylinder pressure, 1 h water absorption and loss and mierostructure of muck ceramsite which was prepared under the optimal firing technology conditions were tested. The results show that:when the muck content is 80%-83%,the amount of fly ash is 17%-20%,roasting temperature is 1170-1180 ℃, muck eeramsite of 900 density level could be prepared;whieh were in light brown, smooth surface and intact enamel layer, internal porous honeycomb,maximum pore size of about 100 μm, and a small amount of connecting hole.
