摘要
患方的任性就医行为是导致医患纠纷的重要原因之一,但这却被拥有对医方偏见的大众给忽略和包容了,于是由患方不当就医行为引发的医患纠纷仍然不断产生。因此有必要对患方的就医行为进行道德、法律和社会规范等方面的约束,使其变得理性和法治,从而构建和谐医患关系。
Patients＇ willful health seeking behavior is an important cause of medical disputes, which has been ignored and for- given by the prejudiced public. So it is necessary to rationally and legally restrain the patients＇ health seeking behaviors from moral- ity,laws and social norms, to develop harmonious doctor- patient relationship.
